We love the art of hospitality, whether it’s a restaurant, a wine bar, or a jazz club. Riccardo is from Florence, Italy and Marybeth is from Sioux Falls, SD. Together they have created something special in Downtown Sioux Falls, and we have a team of caring culinary professionals, managers, servers, bartenders, hosts, expos, bussers, and dishwashers. Every person is important and irreplaceable.

After opening R Wine Bar & Kitchen in 2018, we started hosting jazz nights every Thursday. After 6 years of a loyal following, we felt like Sioux Falls was ready for a dedicated, intimate, live music venue… and Trio Jazz Club became a reality in July, 2024.

We are a family-owned, family-run business, and we treat every performer like one of our own.
